Omics Research // SINGLE-CELL SEQUENCING
Parse Biosciences
A unique, plate based approach for highly multiplexed cell capture, scalable to your project's needs.
How It Works
Combinatorial barcoding uniquely tags mRNA within a cell. Cells are fixed and permeabilized, enabling long term storage and collection for longitudinal studies. Oligo-dT and random RNA capture are possible.
Parse technology makes it possible to capture lowly expressing genes. Sample fixation protocols make time-course experiments easier to conduct.
