What Is Sequencing Run-Only Service?

Psomagen accepts customers' prepared libraries or pool of libraries for sequencing on an arsenal of next-generation sequencers.

What Can You Do?

Flow Cell Unit Running

Any Illumina-compatible library for next-generation sequencing is accepted as a starting material and runs as a flow cell unit with a full quality control measurement.

Different samples can be multiplexed and sequenced together as long as they have the same read length.

Available instrumentation:

  • Illumina NovaSeq 6000
  • Illumina MiSeq
  • Illumina NovaSeq X Plus

One week turnaround time available.

Lane Unit Running

Any Illumina-compatible library for next-generation sequencing is accepted as a starting material and runs as a lane unit with a full quality control measurement.

All Psomagen sequencing projects come with a built-in QC step to ensure you get the information you need. An account manager will update you on your project's progress in a timely manner.
