BioSkryb Genomics

Genomic and multiomic options for single-cell resolution data. Proprietary primary-template directed amplification (PTA) makes this a good choice for whole-genome studies.

How It Works

One-cell-per-well method sorts each cell into a separate well for unique barcoding. Provides more efficient RNA capture within a cell, reducing the need for high cell numbers. Compared to droplet-based technologies, this approach yields roughly 3x more data per single cell.

Primary-Template Directed Amplification (PTA) Technology

PTA improves on existing DNA amplification technologies by generating shorter amplicons and redirecting primers back to the primary DNA template. This decreases the risk of errors common in multiple displacement amplification. PTA genome coverage is more uniform and accurate.
