Omics Research // SINGLE-CELL SEQUENCING

Fluent BioSciences from Illumina

PIP-seq technology for 3' single-cell RNA makes more possible — without the expense of complex instrumentation or sample prep.

How PIP-Seq Works

High-throughput, instrument free emulsion capture uses core templated particles coated with a barcoded primer to capture mRNA. Add on Supplemental Enrichment Amplification (SEA) kits to capture cell surface proteins or CRISPR gRNAs and mRNA together.

Scalable kits allow you to pay for exactly the cell capture you need, from hundreds to millions of cells. Fluent single-cell technology is fully compatible with Illumina for all project stages.

Psomagen currently offers sequencing for pre-made PIP-Seq libraries. If you are looking for the complete workflow, please inquire
