MethylationEPIC v2.0
The Infinium Methylation EPIC v2.0 array delivers genome-wide coverage across ~935,000 CpG sites, with strong representation of enhancers, promoters, and CpG islands. It is the most widely used array for methylation discovery in cancer and complex disease, and is compatible with FFPE-derived DNA.

Scale and Screen:
Methylation Screening Array (MSA)
The Methylation Screening Array focuses on ~270,000 probes on previously validated trait associations, extending methylation insight beyond oncology into common disease, aging, and environmental health. Roughly 124,000 probes are unique to MSA, with ~145,000 shared with EPIC v2, purpose-built for cost-effective, large-scale screening.
